With over 40 years of experience in construction site management, Bob Plowman is a seasoned professional across residential, commercial, and defence sector projects. He has delivered numerous complex developments—including student accommodation, retirement villages, and refurbishment of live operational environments—always within budget and to deadline.

Bob has held senior roles with major national developers such as Barratt David Wilson, McCarthy & Stone, and Quantum Group. He also successfully ran his own building company for more than two decades, demonstrating both leadership and entrepreneurial drive.

Fully certified with SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and a range of H&S and technical qualifications, Bob brings rigorous health and safety oversight, programme management, and stakeholder liaison to every project. His expertise supports the delivery of high-compliance works for government and insurance-led developments.
